Once you have submitted an application for an OSC Event through the OSC OpenApply portal, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email from the OSC SchoolsBuddy website, a powerful interface that we use to schedule classes, process payments, and track students' academic and personal information. At this point, our dedicated Admissions Team will carefully review your application, and aim to confirm it within two working days.
Once your application is confirmed, you will receive a second email from the OSC SchoolsBuddy website, indicating that you have been successfully enrolled. Parents will be provided with a link to update their application with the student's Academic Details (subjects and predicted grades) that will allow us to ensure that every student is placed in a suitable class.
For now, the last thing you need to do is ensure that any outstanding balances are paid by the Balance Payment Date (Sunday 31st January 2021).
